General

  • I have the right to decline or stop a commission for various reasons, or if they do not follow my ToS.​​

​

  • Orders are not first come first serve.

    • There may be a bit of a wait time for the invoice after the order form has been sent to me. I usually send out the invoices when I am prepared to start your order. If you are curious on your order status or my current queue, please visit my trello page.

    • Heavily detailed charas, and any major changes after the sketch has been approved will have an additional cost. Full redos of the order are not allowed if you have approved the initial sketch.

  • All prices are in USD; Paypal only. Payment of invoice is required within 24hrs. Failure to pay on time will result in your commission order being cancelled.

    • I do not accept cr/ypt/o.

    • Once paid, time of completion will range between from 1 week to 1.5 months. time may vary upon current queue, commission type, or personal reasons.

    • Finished image(s) will be sent via the email provided as 300dpi PNG files.

  • Completed commissions are nonrefundable.

    • Refunds are situational. Depending on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation, partial refunds are given. You will NOT recieve the full resolution file of the unfinished product if cancelled.

    • Any chargebacks once the commission has finished will be fought with a counter claim, and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.

  • If you have any questions, or would like to see a current WIP, please feel free to send me a message!

  • General Process: form -> notified of invoice sent or discuss price quote -> invoice paid -> initial sketch -> lines -> color -> final edits -> email final images 

Usage

  • General

    • My commissions are for personal use only. EX: Cropped for icons, banners, device bgs, posting on your own accounts (with credit), etc. Please give credit where credit is due.

      • Please do not claim the art or design as your own art, use it for profit /marketing /merchandise, or remove my watermark/ signature. If custom, please do not remove design credit.

      • My commissions are NOT allowed to be bought or sold for crypto or as NFTs.

    • I usually post finished commissions onto my social pages w/ tags as well, please let me know if you would like to opt out on me posting them.

  • Limited Commercial Use

    • Please notify me to discuss further before sending in a form.

      • Fees will be added to your order once agreed upon, and will be taken into more consideration as I work on the piece. (ex: certain formats, color levels, etc.)

      • Commercial fees will only apply to the art done for one order type. (Any following orders will have their own commercial fee depending on what has been ordered and its intended uses.

    • You will be allowed to use the specific artwork for your intended purpose discussed prior. Things include: in personalized assets such as stream marketing, video art assets, and/or for small amounts of personal merchandise (under 25). However, I do NOT allow the created art to be used as video game assets/marketing or to be used for mass produced items for sale. Instead, for vn/game assets, please email me for inquiries instead of sending a form.

    • I am able to do vtuber designs if requested, but only the reference / custom design. They will have a higher fee due to full commercial useage. I currently do not offer full rig-ready models / files.

What to Send Me

For OC's 

  • Please have a colored, (preferrably) full body, reference for your OCs / designs. They don't necessarily have to be 100% clean, but every bit helps.

    • Descriptions and / or additional images of specific details are appreciated. If there are multiple outfits on your oc / character, please specify which outfit you would like.

  • Toyhouse, imgur galleries, or a google doc/drive folder are highly recommended for all commission types. Please make sure these are sharable.

    • Formatting doesnt need to be super organized. As long as the info needed is there

    • If there are many character or image links, please have them in a google doc if possible.

    • Drawn out/collaged examples of your idea / pose are welcomed!

  • References with artistic or partial nudity are OK, as long as it is meant to be sfw. (ex: in underwear or censored nude, barbie doll anatomy, scar/tail refs, etc).

    • Please do not send or include explicit nsfw or guro art along with the sfw images, even if censored or cropped, thank you. ;-; ) (TH profiles w/ nsfw placed in a separate tab or sub galleries are ok to send)

    • In the case that there is no way to exclude these images in their gallery, please give me a heads up.

For FFXIV Characters:

  • Please send reference images with white/natural lighting if possible! This helps me with getting the base colors correct, as I do not play the game and am not familiar with the items.

    • No dynamic pose photos, high contrast lighting, or filters please. ;w;)

  • Please include any close ups of specific accessories if you would like them included! (items, accessories, weapons, etc)

    • Details will be simplified for Chibi due to size & style.

For Custom Designs

  • I accept references/ideas made through doll makers, moodboards, inspiration images, collages, photo folders, drawn out references, etc.

  • Please be specific with what you would like!

    • I work better with some details in addition to the references to help outline what you're aiming for.

    • ex: skin color, hair length, presenting gender, aesthetics, clothing styles, personality, etc. (do not have to follow this list exactly. just some ideas)

    • If unsure on details, we can discuss further.

    • Asking for minor edits early on is ok! However, any edits during the ends of being finished, or any major changes (ex: complete redo, change entire outfit/aesth, add a large weapon/feature) to the design after the sketch of the design has been approved, will have additional costs. 

  • If they are part of a closed species that I'm not familiar with, please link me to the species sheet in the form / th profile / doc.

    • I'm familiar with more humanoid species! (ex: sprinkle kitties, dainties, ashuris, milqilins, fairy vials, fleuros, & open to design more! )

    • However, I'm not comfortable with designing any body horror/gore themed species. no migs or eye teeth themes. ;-; )

    • If there needs to be fixes with approvals, please let me know and I can edit the needed changes.
